AI assistant
An assistant that helps operator admins draft duties.
The AI assistant helps you run your organization. For now it does one thing: it helps operator admins draft duties.
Who can use it
The assistant is available to admins of an operator with an active subscription. AI drafts are limited per hour.
Drafting a duty
- Open your operator's page and start the Ops assistant.
- Answer a few quick questions by tapping options: one-off or recurring, single leg or turnaround, which days it runs, whether you pick the airports or let AI suggest them, and who can claim it.
- Skip any question with Let AI plan everything else, and the AI fills in whatever is left.
- At the summary, choose Generate with AI. You can add a short note first (up to 100 characters), such as "short hops for new pilots".
- The assistant replies with a draft duty card. If it looks right, choose Save as draft.
The AI uses your operator's name, description, hub airport, callsign and fleet, so its suggestions fit your operator.
The AI never publishes
A saved duty is always a draft, marked as AI-created. Open it in the duty editor to check it, change anything you like, then publish it yourself. The draft is checked again when you save it, in case something changed in the meantime, such as your fleet.
Good to know
- You have one chat per operator. Restarting it starts over.
- A chat you leave alone expires after about two hours.
- Answering questions and saving a draft don't count towards your AI limit. Only Generate with AI does.
